Storage tips: Refrigerate in a plastic bag. Cucumbers should store at least a week.
How to eat: Cucumbers are most often eaten raw in salads and are good snacks in school lunches or with a dip. Or try them cooked as in recipes below!
How to preserve: BEST: Pickled! Either make Refrigerator pickles or Lacto-fermented pickles or can them! I've got some recipes below.
Or you can freeze slices to use in making the below Cucumber Infused Water later when fresh cukes are all gone from the garden.
